Came in this morning to sort out a problem with my prescription , I wasn't sure about changes made , the lady explained things to me very clearly and was friendly and patient , I am now happy that I know what doses to take and when to take them I feel that I wouldn't be nervous about calling in again to ask for help if I needed it . I have given nice comments before about Clare as she is the one I generally see when I call in but on this occasion I needed to see some one different as she wasn't able to deal with my questions and she did have a lot of people waiting , she asked Wendi to speak to me and I felt that I should also give praise to this lady on this occasion .

Generally happy with the service though am frustrated that I can never see the same doctor. Continuity of care is very important to me, and whilst the doctors are friendly, I feel it takes time to build up trust to fully open up. This is important to me as I have a number of ongoing issues.

I visited the surgery on the 15th September in great pain and discomfort. I would like to compliment your receptionist Clare on her.. professionalism, kindness and the way she dealt with my problem with care and politeness. With all the adverse publicity that Surgery Receptionists get i would put Clare in a different league..Thank you for your help when it was needed. 10/10
